Handles Drillz
These are some drills to help improve your handles.
Spyder Dribble
dribble from your right hand to your left then through your legs from your left to your right so the ball ends up behind you. Now dribble from your right to your left and then through the legs back up front from left to right. Now make the dribbles very small so the ball nearly stays in place.
Night Dribbles
go into the dark room or outside at night where there is no light and dribble around. this will help improve your handles by not looking at the ball
Crossovers
You start out with the ball in either hand. Fake the direction you have the ball in (if the ball is in your right, fake right) and then cross to the other side. Now do the same again and cross back. Keep repeating this back and forth.
Variations: Try progressing foward while doing this drill.
YoYo Dribbles
With one hand, dribble the ball to one side and then the other back and forth. So if the ball is in your right, you would dribble the ball onto the left side but the ball is still in your right hand, then you would dribble back to the right side still with your right hand. You only need one hand to do this drill, but make sure you do it with both hands.
